Obviously clients and designers go into new relationships with different fears, but the idea is to go in with the same hope: for a fruitful relationship. This article by Fast Company gives a few tips to freelancers, like myself, that I thought would be interesting for clients to read as well. In the long-term it is always best to have good relationships with the people with whom you work. Knowing what pitfalls to avoid can help a client be a “good” client, which helps any consultants give the client their best work and avoids problems, such as when expectations are not met because one side or the other has not been clear from the beginning.
